A long, long way (Skrevet av helen 07.10.2007) Tur foretatt: Oktober 2007. Parked at Stryken and walked in to Sandungen gård from where I took off up the path to Kjerkeberget. A nice walk through Nordmarka, but would have been better on bike. I tried taking off across country to the top before Sandungen, but it was too difficult to cross the terrain, so I headed back to the path. Good view from the top, but time was passing so I had to head on. Decided to go cross-country to Katnosa. Again it was very hard going and I regretted not taking the path back down from the top. Eventually came out of the woods opposite Katnosdammen and head up past Katnos gård and over to Stryken. On the map this looked a bit shorter than going via Sandungen, but according to the signs in the forest, it was about 3 km longer. Which normally wouldn't matter, but this was a long walk to start off with. Head cross-country on the way back and got lost. Some people just never learn. Ended up walking in the dark the last hour back to the car. It was good to see the car again. I walked for 7 hours altogether and covered about 35km. Tilbake til Oslo
